* HOTEL RELATIONSHIPS COORDINATOR *

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING CONTRACT RATES AGREEMENT CURRENT AND FOR NEGOTIATING BEST POSSIBLE TERMS;
· RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING POINT OF SALES (POS) OUTLETS AGREEMENTS FOR OUR TOUR PRODUCTS WITH CLIENT HOTELS AND OTHER POSSIBLE LOCATION;
· RESPONSIBLE FOR ACQUIRING MORE PROPERTIES / OUTLETS IN THE ABOVE TWO CATEGORIES PER MANAGEMENT DIRECTIONS;
· PROVIDES COLLATERAL MATERIALS TO POS OUTLETS;
· COORDINATES MARKETING EFFORTS BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND CLIENT HOTELS;
· REPRESENT THE COMPANY AT PROFESSIONAL EVENTS AND ORGANIZATIONS;
· 20% OF WORK HOURS TO BE IN A CROSS TRAINED POSITION;
· WORKS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE CORPORATE PRESIDENT WHO RETAINS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MARKETING.

QUALIFICATIONS:

FEMALE; MUST BE OUT-GOING WITH A PLEASANT PERSONALITY; 18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE; ECOLOGY SENSITIVE;
MUST BE COMFORTABLE DEALING WITH ALL LEVELS OF CONTRACTS FROM FRONT LINERS TO SENIOR GOVERNMENT / PRIVATE INDUSTRY EXECUTIVES; MOST PRESENT A PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE;
KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMFORTABLE WITH DIFFERENT CULTURES;
