DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Find appropriate routes and flight plans for crew members using software designated by the company;
Monitor and maintain aircraft schedule and changes, distribute crew planner and aircraft calendar to the flight department;
Collect all other information appropriate to each flight plan by reviewing any aircraft limitations, utilizing FAA or company preferred routes, optimizing cruise altitudes based on winds, inserting alternates based on weather conditions or restrictions and constant evaluation of all potential weather and air traffic control related constraints;
Set up inbound and outbound customs, coordinated with handlers for arrival and departure information, arrange flight plans and ensure proper paperwork for crew, passengers and aircraft;
Address crew member questions and requests received by e-mail or phone;
Prepare quotes for charter inquiries; Perform initial trip scheduling and planning; Perform itinerary preparations and changes;
Coordinate ground ambulance service for Air Ambulance Missions; Obtain and Cross check trip permits and land / parking slots;
Secure fuel purchase arrangements; Coordinate hotels, security, catering, ground handling and ground transportation for crew and passengers;
Coordinate with Customs and immigration;
Perform miscellaneous arrangements through third party vendors;
Shop for the airline options and purchase tickets or crew members;
Arrange for supplemental aircraft when necessary (Air Ambulance & Charter); Maintain Aircraft Landing, Handling, Parking Fees database;
Tracks airline purchases and hotel charges and sends bi-monthly reports;
Answers and screens VOIP and local phone calls; And other functions as may be requested (hotel, airline and car rental bookings);
On – call responsibilities; and Other duties may be given from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXCELLENT PLANNING AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS; EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS; PRO-ACTIVE AND ABLE TO DO TASKS WITHOUT A HIGH DEGREE OF SUPERVISION; FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE OF WORLD WIDE GEOGRAPHY; EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS; EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS;
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN VARIOUS COMPUTER APPLICATIONS SUCH AS MICROSOFT OFFICE APPLICATIONS, INTERNET BROWSING PLATFORMS, ETC. AND ABLE TO LEARN AND USE NEW APPLICATIONS AS NECESSARY;
MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO LIVE AND WORK HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES; WILLING TO BE BASED IN METRO MANILA OR SUBIC AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY BUSINESS OPERATIONS;
