DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

Systems monitoring to ensure accurate revenue recording and identifying, report on and action any discrepancies;
Daily monitoring of the Revenue Leakage report;
Review report finding to understand root causes of discrepancies;
Investigation of findings from reporting and proactively review daily;
Weekly reporting on findings to management;
Update of finance reporting, process improvements, systems improvements or agent training as a result of investigations;
Providing recommendations for continuous improvement for both process improvement and cost reduction;
Audit of access levels provided to agents;
Preparation of other ad hoc reporting as required by management;
Project work, as required and as determined by the Finance and / or Commercial teams;

Pro-actively report safety hazards and follow correct reporting procedures.


QUALIFICATIONS:

EXCELLENT PLANNING AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS; PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE IN HIGH VOLUME TRANSACTIONS IN MEDIUM / LARGE BUSINESS;
ANALYTICAL CAPABILITIES TO REVIEW LARGE VOLUMES OF DATA;
EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS;
PRO-ACTIVE AND ABLE TO DO TASKS WITHOUT A HIGH DEGREE OF SUPERVISION;
EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS;
