RESPONSIBILITIES:

* KEEPS RECORDS OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLES AND ENSURE THAT EVERY DISBURSEMENT IS SUPPORTED BY RECEIPTS WITH PROPER AUTHORIZATION BY THE CORRECT OFFICER;
* MONITORS ACCOUNTS PAYABLES AND INITIATES NECESSARY ACTION TO LIQUIDATE OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS;
* RECONCILIATION OF SUPPLIER’S BILLING STATEMENT WITH POLARMARINE RECORD;
*SCHEDULES OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TRADE AND NON-TRADE AND VOUCHER’S PAYABLE;
*PREPARES RAW MATERIALS, WORK-IN-PROCESS AND FINISHED GOODS INVENTORY REPORT;
* DEPRECIABLE ASSET LISTING, FIXED ASSET LABEL;
* MAINTAINS BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS SUCH AS CDB BOOK, PURCHASES BOOK, JV BOOK, GENERAL LEDGER AND OTHER RELATED SUBSDIARY RECORDS OF ACCOUNTING TRANSACTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENT;
*SCHEDULES OF BALANCE SHEET ACCOUNTS ( EXCLUDING CASH AND RECEIVABLES).

* ACCOUNTING STAFF *

PREFERABLY FEMALE; 22 - 30 YEARS OLD; MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE, PHILIPPINES;
GRADUATE OF BS ACCOUNTANCY / ACCOUNTING;
