Ask ko lang po, bakit po ang Minimum wage dito sa SBMA ay nasa almost P300 lang, inclusive of COLA? Nakakapagtaka kasi po City naman tayo, then nasa atin din ang SBMA, compare sa Manila na higit P400 ang minimum wage ng mga employees. Bakit po hindi ba umaabot dito sa atin ung pagtataas ng mga wages, at ung mga batas ng pinapasa ng gobyerno, para lang po ba sa kanila un at hindi ini-implement ng Olongapo City and SBMA OFFICIALS?

Nais po naming ipabatid sa inyo na ang kasalukuyang Minimum Wage under Wage Order RBIII-15 ay P316 (Basic Wage ay 302 + 14 COLA). Ito ay nag-effect noong November 22, 2010. Ang Subic Bay Freeport Zone ay nakapaloob sa Region III kaya tayo ay sumusunod sa minimum wage sa Pampanga, Bulacan, Tarlac, Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija na kinabibilangan ng Region III. Kaya kahit tayo ay nasa City o parte ng SBFZ ay hindi nakasunod sa Metro Manila ang ating minimum wage sapagkat ito ay nakabase sa socio-economic condition ng isang Region tulad ng Region III kung saan tayo at napapabilang.

Sana po ay naliwanagan namin kayo sa inyong agam agam patungkol dito. Kung sakali po kayo ay may dagdag na katanungan, maaari lamang pong sumangguni sa aming opisina sa Bldg. 662 o kaya maaari po kayong tumawag sa numero bilang 047.252.4554. Maraming Salamat po.

ask ko lang po why sa subic bay apparel 216 lang po ung rate nila?wala pa po sa minimum .nagpirma kmi sa doc na part un ng tesda traininng namin peru ang ttoo contractual employee kmi!..masyado kming lugue......pa chek naman po ng company na yan ku ng bakit ganun!thanks....

Kung ang pinirmahan ninyong kontrata ay nagsasaad na kayo ay under TESDA apprenticeship/learnership program kayo ay makakatanggap lamang ng 75% ng minimum wage; ibig sabihin nito ay ang sasahurin ninyo ay 75% lamang ng current minimum wage.

Ito ay idudulog namin sa aming Conciliation and Employee Welfare Division para matingnan ang inyong ipinarating sa amin. Maraming salamat po! Maaari rin po kayong tumawag sa 047.252.4554 para maliwanagan po kayo sa inyo isinangguni sa amin. Muli, salamat po.

paano naman po yung mga trabahador na may skills sa mga work pero edad 40 and above??syang nmn po yung mga kakayahan nila....mas may experience sila kaysa sa mga bata..napapansin ko lng po na halos lahat ay di na tumatanggap ng 40 and above ...sana maghire kayo ng mga employee sa ganung edad..thank you po

good day po, tanong ko lang po kung bakit po halos lahat po ng nakapaskil na job hiring ay may age limit, kadalasan po 28-35, wala na po bang chance mabigyan ng opportunity ung mga edad 40 pataas, given po ung mga experiences at skills nila and kung nasa magandang stado pa naman po ung kalusugan, salamat po.
